The QA / QC program addresses all aspects of the project from administrative controls, field procurement, material management, testing and inspection through system turnover and project closure.

The QA / QC program is implemented through contract requirement reviews, task planning, resources assignments, communication and implementation plans, testing and inspections, document control, compliance verification, resolution of deficiencies, and system turnover packages to clients.
